MDIS Open House

MDIS Open House 2019 at Campus building was held on the month of October. MOTHERS & SONS was tasked to  provide  our services in event planning, management and logistic for the open house.

MOTHERS & SONS also worked alongside with school to provide an in-depth attendee scanning system for QR Code scanning with check-in system. This is to better integrate participants involvement from registration to time they leave the event. And with this system, we were able to keep track of participants’ movement in school, location and interest for these participants.

Apart from the scanning system, games and activities were also provided for the event. These carnival games enticed and keep the participants entertained while they visited the school. We had inflatable large carnival games stalls like inflatable football darts, inflatable archery for the big stations. And smaller games booths that required motor skills.
